Hi, I'm Sarah.

As a designer, I'm interested in how we think and how we can be brought together—a curiosity rooted in a profoundly multicultural upbringing.

I previously conducted user research at Meta and am currently designing at The New York Times. Alongside industry work, I'm pursuing my Master of Design at UC Berkeley where I explore design without precedent.

When I'm not at my desk, I like to garden, knit, hike, boulder, photograph, cook, handbuild ceramics, journal, geogeuss, and hangout.
[1.22.26] knitting on the glade. i owe all my knitting knowledge to these two
[3.23.26] Yosemite valley from the Upper Yosemite Falls trail. so awesome
[8.1.19] my grandma, mom, and nephew in the garden of my mom's childhood home
[3.8.26] hiked the Dipsea Trail to Stinson Beach
[4.23.26] mt tam, california. just another shot that i quite like
[2.28.26] hiking again. my friend was stressed out because we lost the trail and had no signal. yay!
